Secure Status Saver respects user privacy. This app is designed to view WhatsApp status photos and videos, save media, and manage status actions directly on the user's device.

• Photo library, videos, or media file access, to allow users to read supported WhatsApp status media
• File or folder access, to allow users to select the WhatsApp status folder and browse image and video statuses

2. Information We Store

The app may store the following information locally on the user's device:

• The previously selected WhatsApp status folder path or access reference
• Saved image and video items downloaded by the user
• Ad-related state, such as the ad-hidden end time and ad trigger counts, to keep the ad experience consistent after restarting the app
• Basic app preferences needed to restore the app experience

This information is stored locally to support app functionality and convenience.

3. Information We Do Not Collect

At the current stage of the app, Secure Status Saver does not require account creation and does not intentionally collect personal information such as:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Precise location
• Payment information

The app is not designed as a social platform and does not provide public posting, public profiles, or public user content sharing.

4. How Data Is Used

Any locally stored data is used only to provide app features, including:

• Showing available WhatsApp status images and videos from the selected folder
• Restoring the previously selected folder and basic app state after reopening the app
• Allowing users to save media to device downloads or share media through other apps
• Allowing users to browse and manage previously saved media
• Showing ads and maintaining ad frequency, rewarded ad timing, and temporary ad-hidden periods

5. Data Sharing

Secure Status Saver does not sell user data.

The app does not intentionally share personal data with third parties except where required to support core platform behavior or app functionality, such as:

• Operating system permission handling
• User-initiated sharing actions using installed device apps
• Advertising services provided by Google AdMob

The app uses Google AdMob to show ads. Google AdMob may collect or use device information, app information, advertising identifiers, IP address, and related ad delivery data according to Google's policies. Google UMP and AdMob handle personalized, non-personalized, or limited ads based on the user's consent result.

6. User Control

Users can control their data by:

• Removing granted file or media permissions from device settings
• Deleting saved media from device storage
• Clearing the app's local storage by uninstalling the app or clearing app data from device settings

Secure Status Saver is a general-purpose utility app and is not directed specifically to children.
